Justicia Global held its first international student summit
in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic from April 11-14, 2005. The summit focused on Global Justice
issues such as war, the FTAA, and U.S. foreign
policy. Students came from Venezuela, Mexico, Haiti, the U.S., and several cities and towns around the DR, as
well as wide representation from high schools and colleges in Santo
Domingo.
