On the road to the 2nd Justicia Global International Summit! May 25-27, 2006. Dominican Republic

Many greetings!

We write in order to let you know of some logistical details that you must consider for the II Justicia Global International Summit (2JG). We ask of you to read this message carefully.

* We are pleased to announce that we already have the registration fee per person to participate at the 2JG.

The registration fee is US $ 180.00 (one hundred and eighty dollars) per person. Remember that Justicia Global is a self-supported event and that this is the collaboration that each of you will give in order to make possible the making of the event. For this reason, we encourage you to find the funds in an organized way through your universities, local institutions, family collaborations, friends of the cause of solidarity, and others.

These 180 dollar will cover everything referent to: accommodation, food (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks), transportation within the event (and from and to the airport the days before and after the event), diverse materials and participation in the event. All of this will be covered, from the evening of Wednesday May 24, to midday of Sunday May 28. Remember that the activities will be the whole journeys from Thursday May 25th, to Saturday May 27th.

* Regarding some dates, we see that May 10, must be the limit for all the people who will participate in the summit to send their flight itineraries. We recommend that your flights be from Wednesday 24th to Sunday 28th, since these are the dates in which we can guarantee to look for you and take you to the airport.

This limit is based on the experience that after May 10 your air tickets will be about 200 dollars more expensive. For this reason, we recommend you to buy your tickets as early as possible, so that the costs of your trip don’t go up.

Also, we encourage all of you to send us your registration fee (180 dollars) before May 10. Later on, we will give you the details on the way to send it.

These are the more important logistical informations that you must consider at this stage. Please, send us any comments or doubts regarding what we here inform.
