This is a course designed for women that deals with personal growth and holistic development. Here we nurture the conditions, abilities, skills, and attitudes that will permit us to be successful, capable and joyful leaders.
"Being a Woman Today" is a guide for us to examine our self image, health, self-esteem, knowledge of self, leadership skills and empowerment.
- Develop and strengthen our individual and group self-esteem, learning the importance of loving and valuing ourselves.
- Strengthen our self-esteem and leadership capabilities.
- Discover the roots of our good and bad habits, and develop positive attitudes and and habits.
- Develop a public image that aligns with our values and activities.
- Develop our self image through natural medicines, leaving behind the obsessions that put at risk our health and natural beauty.
- Learn basic relaxation techniques.
Class 1: History of Women's Lives

What does it mean to be a woman today? How did we become the women we are today? What are our dreams and aspirations? In this module we will begin to answer these questions.
Class 2: Self-esteem and Leadership

We can raise our self-esteem and increase our leadership capacities by centering on several principles, which we understand as pillars in a full and healthy life.
Class 3: Stress Management

We can break the cycle of stress and agitation by practicing basics strategies of relaxation.
Class 4: Personal Planning/Time Management

We can learn to visualize the tasks we have to complete and to use our time efficiently.
Class 5: Skin Care, Make-up, and the Closet

We can follow key guidelines so that our inner beauty is reflected externally -- in practical, economical, and natural ways.
Class 6: Speech, Communication, and Body Language

We can learn to organize and express our ideas clearly and intelligently while being conscious of body language.
Class 7: Human Rights and Economics for Women

We can learn our primary legal rights: in the family, while taking the bus, at work, etc.

We can learn to relate with others courteously in different situations in which we find ourselves.
Class 9: Women's Nutrition and Health
